John Gleeson | Founder and Partner

John Gleeson is the Managing Partner and Founder of Success Venture Partners. Formerly, John served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Motive Inc. where for over five years he led his team through incredible hyper-growth, from less than $1 Million in ARR to over $300 Million, serving over 130,000 customers, supporting a team of 150 and creating nearly 3 Billion in Enterprise Value. Prior to Motive, John was the first hire at Affinio where he built the first Sales function before leading Customer Success.

John is a builder in the Customer Success community and hosts the world’s largest Customer Success Meetup. His leadership in the space has been highlighted by leading SaaS podcasts, blogs and the book, The Customer Success Economy: Why Every Aspect of Your Business Model Needs A Paradigm Shift.

When John’s not helping build companies or community he can be found playing with his daughters, and if there is time left in the day…surfing.
